Post workout Protein Smoothie Bowl

Don’t let the color of this treat through you off!

Perfect for a post workout snack and to satisfy your sweet tooth!



  • 1 scoop level one protein powder (milk chocolate flavor)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 170 g frozen fruit medley (banana, strawberry, pineapple, pair)
  • handful of spinach

Blend together

Toppings: Add any toppings you like. Pictured is

  • 1 tbsp black chia seeds
  • 15 g cacao chips
  • 2 oz banana
