Some Halloween Fun and Growing my Wings

I can’t even remember the last time I dressed up and went out for Halloween. Last year we stayed home, didn’t even pass out candy; it was just another day.

This year we got invited out, so we decided to take part in this holiday. If you know me, you know I have mixed feelings about such outings. I look forward to having a good time, but I also get really anxious because I am the awkward and quiet girl. I have to say I think I came out of my shell most definitely. I had a great time, I was my talkative self (that my husband usually only sees), and took the chance to meet some new people.

By no means am I a makeup artist, but had fun painting this skeleton look onto our faces.  We went for the theme “til death do us part”.
